Hollhausen Dairy is a food company, based at Hollhausen in Norrfeld. The company was founded on 23 April 1968 by Heike Brenn and has traded for 58 years.

At Hollhausen Dairy we believe in doing one thing well. That thing is tinned eel, reed-root and preserved goods, and we have done it at Hollhausen since our founding.

Our founder. Heike Brenn, typist, was born at Neuholt on 4 November 1936 and died on 24 February 1998.

Our range covers tinned eel, reed-root and preserved goods. Every item carries our name and our guarantee.

Sold at Hollhausen and through dealers in every region. The town has 3 other food houses; ours is the one with our name on it.

Our history

The company's books have been kept at Tanner Square since the registered office was fixed there, and the timeline below is compiled from them and from the press.

1. 1968 The company is founded at Hollhausen.
2. 1976 Hollhausen Dairy lists on the Vellmar Exchange as GDN. In the press.
